| 摘 要： | 根据国家“十一五”计划，农村公路建设迎来了新时期，日常养护管理将成为农村公路工怍的主题，其养护机制、资金的等措、路权路产的维护等都亟待公路管理部门去探索和解决。以兴隆县为例，在调查了解的基础上，结合实际讨论目前建成的农村公路在养护与管理中存在的问题及解决办法，具有重要现实意义。

| Abstract: | According to our country＇s ＂llst 5 years＂ plan, the rural road construction enters in a new period.The daily pavement conservation of rural road will be theme of the rural road construction. Questions like the conservation system, fund raising, maintain roads＇ authority, all these issues need to be explored and solved by the highway administrative department. Taking Xinglong as an example, it has important practical meaning to investigate the real conditions of Xinglong and discuss the existing problems and solving methods for currently constructed rural road＇s conservation and management. |
