山东民营书业物流发展策略

进入21世纪以后,中国出版业掀起了书业物流基础建设的浪潮,各地新华书店纷纷建立书业物流中心,而民营书业物流发展缓慢。山东省作为民营出版、造纸及印刷业大省,至今还未有大型民营书业物流中心。本文从山东民营书业物流的现状及存在的问题出发,分析了山东省发展民营书业物流的机遇与挑战,最后,提出了山东发展民营书业物流首先要明确目标、民营书业企业与第三方物流公司展开战略合作、完善出版社与经销商合作机制等一系列发展策略。

Study on the Strategy of Shandong Private Book Industry Logistics Development

After entering the 21 st century,China＇s publishing industry had done much books logistics infrastructure,The Xinhua Presses of each province have been building around books logistics centers. However,the private book industry logistics development is slow. so far,There is no large private books logistics center in Shandong province,which as a big publishing industry,paper making and printing province of private. Beginning with present situation of the private publishing industry logistics,This article analyzes the problems and the opportunities /challenges for the development of publishing logistics in Shandong. In the end,look forward the development strategy of the private book industry logistics development,such as the private publishing enterprise need to have a clear goal,should have strategic cooperation with the third party logistics company,should make the tightest cooperation mechanism with the distributors and agents and so on.
