| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了国际公约中的新船设计能效指数（EEDI）、船舶能效管理计划（SEEMP）的基本概念和国际海事组织对船舶节能减排的相关技术措施,再结合我国目前在船舶能效管理方面的实际情况,提出了适合我国船舶的节能减排措施。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the international conventions of efficiency index（ EEDI） new ship design,ship energy efficiency management plan（ SEEMP） of the basic concepts and the international maritime organization（ IMO） for Marine related technical measures of energy conservation and emissions reduction,combining our country at present on the actual situation of the management of energy efficiency of the ship,put forward the energy conservation and emissions reduction measures suitable to China＇s ship. |
