摘    要:介绍了混凝工艺新技术-涡流反应器及其混凝机理,涡流反应器应用于即墨市自来水公司市南水厂水力循环澄清池技术改造中,处理规模由10 000m3/d提高到15 000m3/d,澄清池出水浊度低于3NTU,经重力式无阀滤池过滤后出水浊度在1 NTU以下.

Abstract:Micro-whirling Reactor which is the new technology of coagulation and it's working mechanism are illustrated in the paper,and its application in hydraulic circulating clarifier in south city water supply plant of Jimo water supply company is introduced.The treatment scale of the plant is increased from 10000m~3/d to 15000m~3/d.The effluent turbidity of hydraulic circulating clarifier is lower than 3NTU and the effluent turbidity of gravity valveless filter is lower than 1NTU.
