| Abstract: | This paper makes a summary of the revisions of SOLAS regulation V/9 and the related international meeting resolutions. By referring to the executive status of the Euramerican powerful maritime nations, this paper also analyzes the problems in implementation of the conventions in China and offers several advices on improving the hydrographic capabilities. |
