| 摘 要： | 本文提出了利用手机APP将铁路系统现有的资讯、服务推送到用户手中,从而让用户享受到更便捷、高效、完善的信息化服务。阐述了铁路手机APP的需求分析、功能设计,并对铁路APP项目可行性及效益进行分析,其在铁路服务及营销应用中具有广阔前景。

| Abstract: | This paper proposed the application of mobile phone APP in the existing railway information system. The information and service were pushed to a million public users, allowed users to enjoy the recommended scheme of the information service more convenient and efficient. The demand and function design of railway mobile phone APP were described. The feasibility and benefit of the APP project were analyzed, which could be with broad prospect in railway service and marketing application. |
