地铁车辆基地盖下空间 人性化设计评价研究

摘    要:地铁车辆基地进行上盖物业开发后,能够有效提高土地利用率,创造较为可观的经济效益,但如果处理 不当,会大幅降低盖下工作环境的品质。针对这一问题,以优化盖下空间人性化设计为目的,运用扎根理论和 IPA 分析法进行评价。首先,采用扎根理论分析得到盖下空间人性化设计的评价指标,将其划分为两个主范畴,据此 构建盖下空间人性化设计评价指标体系;然后,采用 IPA 分析法对通过扎根理论分析所得的各项评价指标的重要 性和满意度进行评价;最后,基于以上分析,提出优化策略,以期为盖下工人提供更为人性化的工作环境,为轨 道交通长期安全运营提供保障。

Abstract:The development of superstructure over a metro depot can effectively increase the land utilization rate of the depot and create considerable economic benefits. However, if it is not handled properly, it will considerably reduce the quality of the working environment in the superstructure. In response to this problem, this research aims to optimize the humanize-centered design of the underground space of metro depotsand evaluate the human-centered design of the space by using grounded theory and importance-performance analysis (IPA). First, the grounded theory analysis is used to obtain the evaluation indicators of the design of the space (divided into two main categories), and the evaluation index system for the design of the space is constructed accordingly. The IPA method is then used to analyze the grounded theory before evaluating the importance and satisfaction of the various evaluation indicators. Finally, based on the above analysis, a human-centered design optimization strategy is proposed for underground space development of metro depots to provide a human-friendly working environment in the underground space and guarantee the long-term safety of traffic operations.
