城市轨道交通增购列车时机及方案研究

轨道交通列车增购须经特定的审批程序，且采购周期长、购置费用高，必须本着节约成本和提高效率的 原则，合理制定购车时机和方案。在充分考虑增购列车的必要性和迫切性、审批程序和采购周期、能力适应和经 济效益的基础上，提出增购列车目标年和工作时机的确定方法，明确增购列车规模计算及方案设计研究的方法和 注意事项，并指出方案必须通过相关系统能力验算方可成立。最后，以郑州市轨道交通 1 号线为例，验证该论证 方法的系统性和完整性。

Timing and Scheme of Additional Procurement of Vehicles in Urban Rail Transit

The procurement of urban rail transit vehicles must go through specific approval procedures. Moreover, the procurement cycle is long and the acquisition expenses are high. The vehicle purchase opportunity and scheme, therefore, must be reasonably formulated based on the principles of saving costs and improving efficiency. This study fully considers the necessity and urgency, approval procedures and procurement cycle, capacity adaptation and economic benefits of an additional procurement of vehicles and puts forward the determination method of the target year and working time of additional procurement of vehicles. The paper defines the methods and matters needing attention for the calculation of the scale of additional vehicles and the additional procurement scheme design, and proposes that the scheme should only be established after the capacity of the related systems is checked. Finally, by using the Zhengzhou Rail Transit Line 1 as an example, the systematic nature and integrity of the demonstration method are verified.
