| Abstract: | The article discusses structural characteristics of several common bridge expansion devices and their basic requirements of the design and construction. Combined with the engineering practices, the article briefly introduces the application of various expansion devices in the different bridge structures, including the gist of selecting the expansion devices, the min construction technology and the cautions in installation. |
