机车车辆零部件产品是机车车辆的重要组成部分,由于我国机车车辆零部件企业分散在不同性质和技术水平的小型企业,企业技术水平和质量管理水平参差不齐,不能确保机车车辆整机质量水平。因此,从满足机车车辆整机质量的要求出发,指出零部件企业存在的可能影响到机车车辆质量的问题,并提出如何在零部件企业推行IRIS。

Discussion on the Significance of Implementing IRIS in Enterprises of Rolling-stock Spare Parts

Spare parts are the important components of rolling-stock. The production of rolling-stock spare parts in China are distributed in many small-size enterprises who have different natures and technological levels. The various and irregular levels in technology and quality management in those enterprises could not ensure the quality level of complete rolling-stock, thus, from the angel of satisfying the requirements on the quality of complete rolling- stock, the author points out the problems that exist in spare part enterprises that might influence the quality of the complete rolling-stock, and also gives suggestions on how to carry out IRIS in spare part enterprises.
