二次同步注双液浆技术在盾构法隧道施工中的应用

摘    要:分析了盾构法富水地层隧道施工中,管片背后同步注浆法的缺陷、产生原因及危害,实践了盾构机上增设风动双液注浆泵,间隔后一定距离,对管背上部二次同步灌筑双液浆,起到了根治缺陷、确保工程质量的重要作用。同时对二次同步注浆的施工要点、设备选型和注浆操作等进行阐述。二次同步注双液浆技术经多个工程实践后均取得良好效果,建议应确定此法为盾构法隧道施工的重要组成部分。

Abstract:This article analyzes the defects, causes and the damages of the synchronous back-grouting in shield tunneling construction under water stratum. In the article, a pneumatic pump was installed on the shield machine, several meters behind the tail skin, and the double-liquid grout was injected synchronously in the rear of the top segments. With this method, the defects of back-grouting were stamped out and the construction quality was ensured. Further more, the article demonstrates the construction points, equipment used and the operation of grouting resynchronization and a conclusion was made after several project practices, that is, this method should be an important part in the shield tunneling construction.
