| 摘 要： | 设计一个同步计数器,最后应检查其能否自启动,如果电路不能自启动,就必须回过头来修改设计,这就降低了设计的效率。文中介绍了如何在设计过程中就判断电路能否自启动,在不能自启动时采取的解决措施。
