结合某实际工程,介绍架桥机增设"滑移系统"后,完成架桥机上小箱梁横向滑移送箱梁就位问题。实践证明,通过合理地选择设备、采取必要的安全措施,使用架桥机架设互通立交桥的梁片能够达到正常条件下架梁和运梁的速度和质量要求。

Using Sliding System of Bridge Girder Erection Machine to Implement Suspending and Setting of Small Box Girder at Joint of Ramp and Principal Line

Combining with an actual engineering, it is introduced that the box girder is taken to its position through transverse sliding on bridge girder erection machine after the addition of sliding system. The practice indicates that the speed and quality of erecting and transporting beam under normal condition can be reached in using bridge girder erection machine to erect interchange through selecting equipments in reason and adopting necessary safety measures.
