高速铁路检测设备量值溯源方法的应用与思考

摘    要:上海铁路局是目前国内运营高速铁路线路里程最长的铁路局之一,用于高铁施工、检修和维护的检测设备,除了传统单体计量器具之外,还拥有诸多综合、动态、在线计量检测设备。因此,如何保证高铁线路设施检测数据的准确性,在很大程度上取决于计量检测设备检测数据的量值传递,亦即取决于计量检测设备自身的量值溯源,特别是综合、动态、在线计量检测设备的量值溯源。分析研究这类新型计量检测设备的量值溯源方法,提出其规范管理的应对措施和建议。

Abstract:In China, Shanghai Railway Administration is one of the Railway Administrations operating largest high-speed railway networks at present. Besides those traditional single measurement instruments, there are many other comprehensive, dynamic and online measurement inspection equipments used for the high-speed railway engineering, inspection and maintenance. Therefore, to a great extent, guaranteeing the accuracy of high-speed railway facility inspection data depends on metrological value transfer of the inspection data gained through the measurement inspection devices, also depends on the Metrological Traceability of the measurement inspection devices, especially the metrological traceability of those comprehensive, dynamic and online measurement inspection equipments. The author analyzes and studies the metrological traceability method of these new types of measurement inspection equipments, puts forwards measures and suggestions for the management standardization.
