基于SCOOT交通控制系统的信号灯倒计时研究及应用

摘    要:交通信号灯倒计时装置的设置和使用缺乏统一规范,在不同交通控制方式下结合存在问题。通过对倒计时显示器的功能性、适用性及对交通的影响性等方面进行具体的分析,提出了在自适应交通控制系统SCOOT控制方式下的应用解决方案。

Abstract:The setting and using of traffic signal lamp countdown lacks unified standard.There are many problems when it is combined with different way of traffic control.This paper introduces countdown display′s functionality,applicability and its impact on traffic,finally the SCOOT traffic control system which adapts to the countdown traffic signal lamps is proposed.
