| 摘 要： | BOT是"Build-Operate-Transfer"的缩写,意为"建设-经营-转让",是私营企业参与基础设施建设,向社会提供公共服务的一种方式。结合具体实例,对高速公路项目采用BOT模式的优势进行具体分析,并阐述高速公路BOT项目在立项、建设、运营过程中的问题和困难,可为高速公路BOT模式的相关责任方提供一定的参考。

| Abstract: | BOT is the acronym of ＂build-operate-transt）r＂ which is the way for private sector participating in infrastructure, and providing public services. Combined with a practical example, this paper analyzes the advantages of BOT in expressway project, and illustrates the problems and difficuhies in project establishment, construetion and operation process of expressway in BOT mode, which provides referenee for related authorities about BOT mode of expressway. |
