钻孔灌注桩施工质量控制探讨

摘    要:针对桥区钻孔灌注桩因处于富水粉质黏土、细圆砾土(砂卵层和局部细砂层)、白云岩互层为主及地下水位高等不利情况下易造成坍孔、缩孔、卡钻、掉钻、露筋、浮笼等病害现象进行施工工艺探讨,在总结大量施工数据及实践基础之上,从技术要求、施工工艺方面采取措施,以保证桩基施工质量。

Abstract:Bored pile in bridge area is in the unfavorable condition of water-rich silty clay,fine round gravel soil and dolomite interbed as well as high groundwater level so that there is easy to appear diseases such as hole collapse,shrinkage,sticking,drilling out,exposed tendons and floating cage.Given this,it investigates the construction technology.On the basis of summarizing a large number of construction data and practical project,it adopts measures from aspects of technical requirements and construction technology to insure the construction quality of the pile.
