| 摘 要： | 分析了省级示范性软件学院人才培养应遵从的素质与能力、需求与就业以及软件技术知识三个层次的目标 ,从教学管理、教学方法、教学模式、师资队伍建设等五个主要方面 ,阐述了为实现既定目标所应采取的措施 .
