基于虚拟样机技术的传动系统动力学建模和仿真

摘    要:在ADAMs/Engine模块中将GY6型发动机后传动系统中的齿轮等重要部件参数化,建立参数化动力学模型,并以此为基础对不同参数的传动系统进行仿真。通过后处理可输出啮合齿轮的啮合力及切向分力、法向分力、轴向分力,扭矩,齿轮对轴的作用力及各传动轴的速度,加速度动态曲线等,为齿轮和轴的强度校核、GY6型发动机后传动机构优化及噪声控制提供了依据。

Abstract:In the ADAMS/Engine module, the gear and other important parts of GY6 engine rear transmission system were parameterized and a parameterized dynamics model was established and taking these as the basic to emulate the transmission systems with different parameters. The meshing force, tangential component, axial component of the meshing gears, torque, acting force of the gear to the axle, the speed of the transmission axle and the dynamic curve of the acceleration, all can be obtained through the after treatment, which provides basis for the calibration of gears and axles, for the optimization of GY6 engine rear transmission mechanism and control of noise.
