摘    要:潜艇大气环境质量是保持潜艇战斗力的重要因素之一.目前,我国潜艇的空气净化设备存在能耗高、噪声大、操作温度高等缺点.TiO2光催化技术是近年来新兴的一种净化技术,可快速清除空气中的有害气体,且具有无毒、操作简单、噪声小、能耗低等优点.本文简述了TiO2光催化剂降解有机物的原理,分析了光催化方法净化潜艇空气的可行性,设计了净化潜艇空气的流程,介绍了催化剂载体制作及纳米TiO2负载催化剂载体煅烧方法.

Abstract:The environment quality of submarine atmosphere is one of important factor for keeping the battle effectiveness of submarines.The current air purification equipments in submarines have some shortcomings like high energy consumption,loud noise,high temperature.The TiO2 photocatalysis is a novel technology of purification in recent years.It can eliminate harmful gases in the air quickly and also possess advantages of none-toxicity,easy operation,low noise,low consumption and etc.This paper has introduced the principle of TiO2 photocatalyst degrading organic matters,analyzed the feasibility of submarine atmosphere purification by photocatalysis,designed the purifying procedure and described the preparation of catalyst carriers and the roasting method of nano-TiO2 loaded catalyst carriers.
