| 摘 要： | 苦丁茶为冬青科植物大叶冬青的叶,以其煎剂0.3g/100g体重的剂量给大鼠皮下注射或腹腔注射,有抗早孕、抗着床作用,灌胃给药剂量为1g/100g体重时没有抗生育作用。

| Abstract: | Chinese traditional medicine KU-DING-CHA is prepared from the leave of Ilex latifolia Thunb. The decoction of KU-DING-CHA (3g/Lkg) was injected subcutaveously or intraperitoneally to rats daily 6—10 days after mating. Early pregnancies were terminated in treated animals. When the decoction was given in the same way and in the same dose in rats daily 1—5 days after mating, implantation was prevented. However, when this drug was given orally 10g/1kg in rats, there were no antifertility actions. |
