| 摘 要： | 预应力桥梁孔道压浆的质量决定预应力桥梁结构的耐久性和稳定性,本文从施工的实际情况出发,对孔道压浆的质量通病进行了分析,提出了对水泥浆配合比设计的进一步更新和真空吸浆设备的改进措施,保证孔道压浆的质量,从而使水泥浆在孔道中固结后更加饱满密实。

| Abstract: | The quality of pre-stressed bridge duct grouting decides the durability and the stability of prestressed bridge structure. In this article the common quality problem about duct grouting has been analyzed from the actual construction situation; the further renewal design of cement grout proportion and the improvement measures of vacuum slurry sucker have been put forward, to assure the duct grouting quality and make cement grout fuller and denser after it has solidified in grouting duct. |
