| 摘 要： | 11月14日至16日,2007年度直属海事系统局长书记培训班暨2008年海事工作务虚会在北京召开。此次会议深入学习贯彻党的十七大精神,认真总结分析了2007年海事工作情况及5年来海事工作的基本经验,谋划了2008年及今后一个时期海事工作的基本思路,提出要全面贯彻落实科学发展观,实现海事又好又快发展。
