| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了电力机车智能电表的开发背景,设计了一种基于该智能电表的能耗信息管理系统.该系统采用无线转储、网络传输和访问网络数据库等方法,为解决铁路系统供电段与机务段的电费核算问题指明了一个新的方向.阐述了其设计思想、系统组成,特别对软件设计作了详尽的分析.该系统现已开始在兰州铁路局推广应用.

| Abstract: | The developing background of the intelligent ammeter of Electric Locomotive is briefly introduced. An energy management information system for intelligent ammeter is designed. The system points out a new way for solving the energy statistic problem of locomotive depot and railway electricity department by adopting many methods, such as wireless transfer, network transfer, accessing network - database and so on. This paper expounds design thought and system structure, especially software design. The system has been put into wide operation in Lanzhou Bureau. |
