| 摘 要： | 通过京沪线电气化改造工程施工总承包项目合同管理工作的实践经验，提出铁路工程施工总承包商应转换角色，站在项目管理者的角度，用现代项目管理的思维和理念，把握好施工总承包项目合同管理中的各个环节，对联合体各施工方进行协调、控制和管理，使铁路工程施工总承包项目管理尽快完善起来。

| Abstract: | Through the experience gained in the management of the overall construction contract for the Jing - Hu railway electrification project, this article proposes that the general contractor of a railway project should change the role in thinking by standing at the angle of the project manager to make coordination, control and management between/of all the constructing parties of the consortium with modern project management thought and concept, and take a good hold of the various links in the management of the overall construction contract with the aim of perfecting as much as possible the management of overall construction contract of railway projects. |
