| 摘 要： | 状态监测与故障诊断技术是目前国内外发展迅速并极受欢迎的一项重要的设备管理新技术，它是防止突发事故和计划外停机的有效措施，也是我国设备维修的发展方向，因此，在我国现代化设备管理中，积极地研究、探讨、开展并推广这种新技术，具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The technique of situation detection and obstacle diagnosis is an important new techenique of facilities service which is developing rapidly and is popular in international, it is an effective measure of avoiding thunderbolt and conking of machine out of intention, it is also the direction of facilities service in China. Therefore, we must actively investigate, research, develop and generalize the new technique in the contemporary facilities service, this has very important actural significance. |
