| 摘 要： | 针对海洋环境下台风、潮、流和波浪力的影响,对船舶防撞、结构的耐久性、设计方案与施工方案的互动性等海上桥梁设计、施工中特殊的技术问题进行了分析和探讨,论述了对大型跨海工程规划、建设、运营及维护管理统筹考虑的方法思路,提出应充分重视设计方案与施工方案的有效结合,并提出对现行标准、规范进一步补充完善的建议。

| Abstract: | Based on construction experience and specialized research achievements of domestic and international sea-crossing large bridges,an analysis is made for special techniques of bridge design and construction under marine environment, such as: typhoon's influence,tide,flow and wave,anti-collision facilities,structure durability,interaction of design proposal and construction proposal.Train of thoughts is concluded for integrated arrangement on sea-crossing project's design,construction,operation and maintenance,the significance of design proposal and construction proposal's combination.Recommendations are made of the improvement of current technical specification. |
