摘    要:<正> 引言本文为LTIA碳起搏电极电性能动物对照实验设计而作。实验目的有二: 1.检验作为刺激电极时,非极化的LTIA碳起搏电极是否比高度极化的Elgiloy电极具有较小的急性起搏阈值,LTIA碳起搏电极是否因其极好的生物组织相容性从而比Elgiloy电极具有较小的慢性阈值上升。 2.验证作为R波感知电极时,非极化的LTIA碳起搏电极比高度极化的Elgiloy电极


The Pair Comparative Method for the Animal Control-Experiment of the Proerties of Two Kinds of Endocardial Pacing Electrodes
Abstract:This paper reports the animal experiment design of LTIA carbon pacing electrode. This kind of experiment was carried out in accordance with the control method in two groups. According to the pair comparative method, two endocardial pacing electrodes were implanted in each dog's right ventricule and there was a statistical analysis of the difference between the electrical parametres of these paired electrodes. The design of the chronic experiment period, the number of samples, the estimation of data and the significance of a statistical analysis are presented in this paper. After the electrodes were implanted, we investigated the cardiac function of these dogs. The results showed that this control experiment is not only practicable, but also provides the basis for clinical application.
