| 摘 要： | 工程造价的控制与管理,就是要在建设项目的决策、设计和实施阶段对工程造价进行全过程的监督与管理,把建设项目的造价控制在科学合理的范围之内。该文通过分析当前市政工程建设主体市场的发展趋势,对建设项目在实施过程中存在的几个关键环节进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The control and management of the engineering construction cost are to carry out the whole process of supervision and management of the engineering construction cost in the stages of the decision-making, design and implementation of the construction projects. The construction cost of the project should be controlled within the scientifically reasonable range. The article analyzes the development trend of the main market of the current municipal engineering construction, and approaches several key links existing in the course of implementing the construction projects. |
