摘    要:某地铁运行约一年时发现高架桥上敷设的33kV电缆护套多处开裂,而护套开裂一年以后,其开裂增长速率逐渐减少。本文针对该问题,从电缆现场的防护措施、电缆护套材料选择、电缆生产环节控制、电缆技术要求等方面,对护套开裂相关影响因素分别作了分析,并对电缆护套开裂问题的处理与预防提出了看法。

Abstract:This article analyzes the craze problems of protective coverings for electric cables used in the elevated metro. The factors influences, included the measures should taken at site, the non-metallic sheath materials used in the protective coverings, manufacture of the cables, the specifications of the cables, are discussed in the article, and the effective measures are proposed. The experience can be used for reference in other elevated metro projects.
