江西省青少年阳光体育运动开展现状与分析

切实推进江西省青少年阳光体育运动的广泛开展,依据三部委对开展阳光体育运动的相关要求,通过对江西省29所各类学校阳光体育运动开展现状的问卷及实地走访调查。结果发现:小学阶段及地处乡镇学校的青少年对阳光体育运动开展认知程度较低;在29所学校中仅有12.7%青少年能够保证每天参加一小时的锻炼,70%左右的青少年没有达到掌握两项体育技能的基本要求;部分学校开展阳光体育运动的相关激励、评价等制度不健全,有待完善。建议有关部门和学校采取积极有效地措施进一步推进阳光体育运动的开展。

Survey and Analysis on Status Quo of Youth Sunshine Sports in Jiangxi

To effectively promote extensive developing of Jiangxi youth sunshine sports, according to the requirements of three ministries about carrying out sunshine sports, questionnaires and investigation in 29 various schools in Jiangxi are conducted. The results show that awareness of youth in the primary schools and town schools is low. Only 12.7% youth in 29 schools can guarantee to participate in a one-hour exercise,70% can not meet the basic requirements of mastering two physical skills. Some schools have no complete related incentives and evaluating system which should be per- fected. Some suggestions are proposed for the related departments and schools to take positive and effective measures to promote sunshine sports.
