| 摘 要： | 介绍了日本高速铁路强风预警系统的发展，对强风预警系统测风点布置及风速预测原理以及日本高速铁路的风管制及强风预警系统作了介绍。并结合我国地质特点提出了促进我国高速铁路强风预警系统发展及提高铁路运行安全的几点建议。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the development of Strong Winds Early Warning System in Japan .After describing the wind speed measure locations and wind speed predicting principle, introduction of the classical train regulation and Strong Winds Early Warning System are made . Then via considering the geological characteristics of China, useful advices are given for the development of Strong Winds Early Warning System in China and the advance of the safety of China High- speed Railway. |
