摘    要:简述了20世纪磷化技术所发生的变化。进入21世纪,为了不断提高汽车车身的防腐技术,要求进一步缩短磷化工艺时间、降低工艺成本,并使锌盐磷化技术更具环保性。介绍了一种全新的能够满足汽车制造商最新要求的磷化技术,并且讨论了锌盐磷化技术的未来发展趋势。

Abstract:The change of phosphating technology in the 20 century is presented in brief.Approaching 21 century,to improve corrosion resistance technology of automotive body it is required to further shorten phosphating time,reduce processing costs and satisfy the environmental protection.A new phosphating technology to meet the latest requirement of automakers is introduced,and the future development trend of zinc salt phosphating is discussed.
