摘    要:伴随着消费者对产品品质要求的不断提升,车内异味逐渐成为消费者购买车辆的一个最为直观的关注点。本文通过对座椅总成及其部件材料(约200-300件)的VOC及醛酮物质、气味和GCO数据的分析,深入解析座椅气味及有毒有害物质的来源。结果表明,座椅气味强度普遍较强且较为刺激,座椅的气味和VOC主要来源是泡棉材料,同时面料的选择也可直接影响其气味和VOC的散发;对座椅气味及VOC进行整改时,可重点考虑泡棉材料及其面料材料。

Abstract:With the continuous improvement of the public’s requirements for product quality, the odor in vehicles has been thoroughly considered by the customers. Through the analysis of VOC and aldehyde ketone substances,the odor and the GCO results about seat assembly and its component materials(about 200-300 pieces),the origin of the odor and the toxic VOC emission have been researched.The results show that the odor of seats is generally strong and disturbing.The odor of the seats and VOC emissions are mainly contributed by the foaming in the seats, and the material of the seat fabrics can also influence the VOC emissions. When improving the odor and the VOC of the seats, the foaming and the choice of the fabric material can be considered emphatically.
