摘 要: | 基于某1.5T SUV热平衡试验,使用三维流体仿真分析软件与辐射分析软件耦合分析零部件是否存在热害风险,并与实验值进行对比,由于部分仿真测点位置与实验布点位置不完全一致,导致存在一定误差。比如副消音器附近,后续继续验证。使用三维流体仿真分析软件与辐射分析软件耦合分析可以用于风险点预测以及超温零部件整改。缩短开发周期,节省开发成本。

Abstract: | Based on the thermal balance test of a 1.5T SUV,fluid analysis software and thermal radiation analysis software are used to analyze whether there is heat damage risk on the parts,and the results are compared with the experimental values.Because the positions of some simulation test points are not completely consistent with the experimental points,there are some errors.For example,in the vicinity of the auxiliary muffler,follow-up verification.fluid analysis software and thermal radiation analysis software coupling analysis can be used for risk point prediction and over temperature parts rectification.Shorten the development cycle and save the development cost. |
