| 摘 要： | 文章以汽车使用的蝶形弹簧作为研究对象,采用有限元法进行载荷特性分析。通过静力分析得到蝶形弹簧应力应变变化规律,提取数据进行载荷特性曲线绘制。此方法为汽车蝶形弹簧载荷特性分析提供一定理论参考,提升载荷特性准确性,兼顾安全性校核。

| Abstract: | Disk spring used by car as the research object,uses the finite element method analysis of disk springs.The disk spring is obtained by static analysis of the stress and strain changing regularity,characteristic curve drawing and extract the data.The results of the study can provide auto disk spring structure design improvement with certain theory reference quantity and efficiency. |
