| 摘 要： | 为了验证某轻型载货车车架静动态性能的可靠性,首先基于车架有限元模型对其进行自由模态分析,分析结果表明其固有频率处于激励频率范围之外,满足动态性能要求。然后对其进行模态试验,试验结果表明其仿真分析准确度较高,最后对其进行弯曲刚度和扭转刚度分析,分析结果表明其刚度值均符合工程要求。因此该车架的静动态性能具有较高的可靠性,符合整车使用要求。

| Abstract: | In order to verify the reliability of the static and dynamic performance of a light truck frame,Firstly,the frame was free modal analyzed based on its finite element model,the analysis result showed that its natural frequency were outside the excitation frequency range,it could meet dynamic performance requirements.Secondly,the frame was modal tested,the test showed that the simulation analysis had high accuracy.Lastly,the frame were bending stiffness and torsional stiffness analyzed,the analysis result showed that its stiffness could meet the engineering requirements.So the static and dynamic performance of the frame had high reliability,it could meet the vehicle operation requirements. |
