车用钢板材料耐腐蚀性研究

摘    要:文章对镀锌钢板、铝硅镀层热成型钢板以及非镀锌钢板在同等试验条件下的耐腐蚀性进行了研究。分析了三种板材表面腐蚀情况、划痕宽度和深度变化以及板材切边腐蚀情况。在试验基础上,得出三种钢板基材耐腐蚀能力的强弱优劣的重要结论。通过研究可以合理地在车身区域布置不同镀层的钢板,为改善车身的防腐能力及经济性具有重要参考意义。

Study on Corrosion Resistance of Automobile Steel Plate

Abstract:In this paper,the corrosion resistance of galvanized steel sheet,hot forming Al-Si coating steel sheet and non-galvanized steel sheet under the same test conditions was studied.The surface corrosion,scratch width and depth changes and the edge corrosion of three kinds of plates were analyzed.On the basis of the test,an important conclusion is drawn on the strength and weakness of the corrosion resistance of the three kinds of steel plate.Through the research of this paper,different coating steel plates can be reasonably arranged in the car body area,which has important reference significance for improving the anti-corrosion ability and economy of the car body.
