高强度轻量化液罐车的设计探讨

摘    要:针对当前普遍使用的碳素钢液罐车自重较大的现状,对Q235B、Q345B及510L-三种材料的化学成分和力学性能进行比较,探讨了使用低合金高强度钢510L取代普通碳素钢制作罐体的可行性。并从罐体的保护装置、组合截面模量及强度三个方面分析计算了厚度为4mm的510L制作的罐体不仅能满足强度要求,而且也符合国家相关标准的规定。此项改进可使罐体减重1500kg以上,为液罐车轻量化设计提供了参考。

Discussion On Lightweight and High-strength Steel Liquid Tanker

Abstract:The carbon steel used in liquid tanker could get to the weight of vehicle.. Three material Q235B, Q345B and 510L, were compared in chemical composition and mechanical properties. The feasibility was discussed using 510L, low alloy high strength steel, to take the place of carton steel. Three aspects, protection from tanker body, combined section modulus and strength, were analyzed and calculated. The 510L tanker with thickness of 4 mm not only meet the strength requirements, but also in line with national standards. This improvement could reduce more than 1 500 kg weight, which give a reference for lightweight in liquid tanker.
