| Abstract: | This paper, based on Gradational Analytic Method, analyzes the factors of performance appraisal at higher vocational colleges according to the problems of performance appraisal there while establishing the index system of performance appraisal for higher vocational polytechnics in expectation of a more reasonable and scientific appraisal for performance of teachers from higher vocational colleges. |
