| 摘 要： | 介绍了太脱拉T815自卸汽车举升油缸的结构与原理。在举升油缸使用一定时间后，其支承导向圈磨损或支承导向圈与缸筒内壁的联接处出现脱胶剥离，致使举升油缸不以正常工作。提出了相应的改进措施，例如，车削缸筒内壁凸台，将原密封沟槽加宽6mm，底径不变。

| Abstract: | The structure and working principle of lifting oil cylinder in Tatra T815 dump truck are introduced in this paper. The lifting oil cylinder can not work normally due to the wear of support guide ring or gluing off release at the connecting position between the support guide ring and the inside wall of cylinder after the lifting oil cylinder used for a period of time. The corresponding improvements are put forward, for examples: turning the boss of inside wall of cylinder, widening the original seal groove for 6mm but the bottom diameter unchanged. |
