关于日本船舶专业教育的调查与研究

笔者通过在日本交流学习,调查了日本船舶行业的发展现状;结合在日本船舶企业的工作经历,总结了日本船厂在全球船舶行业的寒冬中赖以生存的方法。针对日本船舶专业的基础教育,从多个角度总结了日本教育中的可取之处。同时也阐述了中日在推行船舶职业教育道路上的不同,并讨论了各自的优缺点,为我国船舶专业教育的发展提供了参考。

Investigation and Research on the Education of Japanese Shipbuilding

With the rise of shipbuilding industry in China and South Korea,Japan has lost its previous advantages in the shipbuilding market.However,due to its long history of shipbuilding industry,Japan is still in the forefront of the world in terms of teaching and research of shipbuilding.Based on the experience of half a year's exchange and study in Japan,this paper investigates the development status of Japan's shipbuilding industry,and summarizes the methods for Japanese shipyards to survive in the cold winter of global shipbuilding industry.In view of the basic education of Japanese shipping major,this paper summarizes the merits of Japanese education from various angles.At the same time,it also expounds the differences between China and Japan in the implementation of ship vocational education,and discusses their advantages and disadvantages,which provides suggestions and reference for the development of ship professional education in China.
