| Abstract: | In view of the lack of high quality maritime personnel and its outflow,as well as the weak adaptability of skilled talents on post,this essay points out the necessity of undergraduate vocational education for maritime specialty.Some measures are put forward,such as deepening institutional reform,establishing comprehensive talents training system,developing curriculum system,building innovative teaching staff and skills training base,expanding international education path,so as to solve the shortage of maritime talents in supply. |
