陶瓷纤维增强铝基复合材料活塞的研究

摘    要:结合山东滨州渤海活塞股份有限公司近年来陶瓷纤维增强铝基合材料活塞开发的进展,介绍了这种活塞优异的高温强度,耐磨性及耐热性等特点,研究的YC6108QA,6110Z,YC61121TZ,6200Z等复合材料活塞,高温抗拉强度提高了20%,硬度提高了15-20个布氏硬度单位,体积稳定性也比较理想,从而改善了活塞的使用和性能试验)未出现异常现象,性能良好,质量达到较高水平。

Abstract:The high temperature strength, wear resistance, heat -resistance and etc. of aluminium -based composite piston with ceramic fiber reinforcement are presented in this paper with relation to development and progress of this kind of piston made by Binzhou Bohai Piston Co. Ltd. in Shandong Provinnce inrecent years. The composite pistons such as YC6108QA, 6100Z, YC6112TZ, 6200Z and etc. have increased more than 20% of their high temperature tensile strength and 15~20HB units, having an ideal volum stability. So their usage performances are improved. Several aluminium composite pistons with ceramic fiber reinforcement do not appear abnormal phenomena but appear better performances and higher quality levels through their inherent quality inspections and many kinds of tests(including 1 000 hours wear resistance test and performance test for YC6108QA piston).
