自吸下式风动可控减速顶的研制及应用

摘    要:对自吸下式风动可控减速顶的结构特性、工作原理及应用效果进行了理论和实验研究。该顶能够实现自吸下、自锁闭和自解锁的功能,满足运输生产的要求。对所需要的风能进行理论分析,通过计算确定该独立供风系统的组成及各项基本参数。从锁闭状态和非锁闭状态两方面介绍了其控制原理和顶的结构特点。通过在三间房站的运营试验,证明了自吸下式风动可控减速顶能够适应高寒、高温差的恶劣环境,满足现场的使用要求。
