基于激光干涉仪的数控机床几何误差辨识与补偿

摘    要:利用RenisawML10激光干涉仪测量机床误差,采用九线法对三轴数控机床误差参数进行辨识,结合具体机床,准确建立了误差补偿的数学模型,利用误差补偿软件实现了误差补偿,显著地提高了数控机床的加工精度.

Abstract:RenisawML10 laser interferometer and nine-line method are used to measure and identify error parameters.Taking a 3-axis NC milling machine tools as an example,the result of modeling is obtained actually.At the end of the article,the effect of error compensation is validated by an experiment.
