摘 要: | 利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,进行了6110钢曲轴的中频感应淬火过程的模拟计算,并预测了淬硬层的深度,计算了淬火后的残余应力分布。可直观显示任意时刻曲轴内任意截面上的温度场和应力场以及温度、应力等值线随着时间推移的情况,也可以显示任意点上的温度一时间曲线、应力一时间曲线。

Numerical Simulation on Medium-Frequency Induction Hardening and Calculation of Residual Stress of Crankshaft |

Abstract: | The simulation on medium frequency induction hardening process of crankshaft in 6110 engine is carried out by using FEA software ANSYS with hardening depth predicted and residual stress calculated.The temperature field and stress field at any time on any section as well as the temperature history and stress history on any point of crankshaft can be visually displayed. |
