新汽车产业政策呼之欲出

<正>我国汽车行业的快速发展滋生出许多新问题是现行的《汽车产业发展政策》所不能解决的,因此迫切需要新的产业政策来指明方向,时下突出的汽车行业纵向垄断和新能源汽车发展等问题将成为政策讨论重点,新汽车产业政策呼之欲出。汽车产业政策被誉为汽车行业的"宪法",对汽车行业发展具有宏观指导作用。我国的汽车产业政策对汽车行业发展产生深远影响,推动汽车行业的腾飞。但2004年出台的《汽车产业发展政策》十年期将至,汽车行业的快速发展也滋生出许多问题需要新的汽车产业政策来指明方向,填补漏洞。

New Auto Industry Policy is Ready

The automobile industry policy, known as the constitution of auto industry, has macro guidance function to the development of auto industry. China＇s auto industry policy has far-reaching effect on the industry development, which promote the industry to take off. However, the rapid development brings about many issues that can＇t be solved by existing Policies for the Development of the Automotive Industry. In addition, overheating growth makes laws and regulations struggle to keep up, leading to disorder. A decade has passed since the Policies for the Development of the Automotive Industry issued and there has been increasingly louder call for new automotive industry policy. On 27th May, Feng Fei, the policy director of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology （MIIT） hosted a panel discussion of 21 enterprises, widely accepted proposals, accelerating policy-making.
