摘    要:阐述进气加热对发动机低温起动的重要意义,介绍电控发动机对进气加热的应用,对博世电控系统的进气加热控制予以概述;重点描述进气加热系统的检测,并在潍柴电控发动机上对进气加热系统的控制逻辑及检测策略进行验证;详细分析进气加热过程及加热效果。

Abstract:The authors describe the important significance of air intake heating for engine low temperature starting, introduce the application of air intake heating in electronic control engines, summarize the air intake heating control of Bosch electronic control system. They also mainly describe the test of the air intake heating system, verify the con- trol logic and the test method of air intake heating system on Weichai electronic control diesel engine, and analyse the heating process and heating effect in detail
