摘    要:分析研究了所设计的越野汽车差速器同步锁止机构自动控制系统中牙嵌式离合器在动态接合时的工作特性,确定了该种离合器强度所允许的最大转速差,还分析了牙嵌式离合器特殊的牙形对其动态接合特性的影响及动态接合的几种情况,确定了该种离合器接合所允许的转速差。

Analysis on Strength and Motion of Jaw Clutch in Automatic Control System of Synchronous Locking Mechanism in Differential of Cross -Country Vehicle
Abstract:The working characteristics of designed jaw clutch in dynamicconnecting in automatic control system of synchronous locking mechanism in differential of cross-country vehicle are analyzed and studied in this paper. The maximum rotational speed difference allowed by clutch strength is determined,the effect of special jaw shape on dynamic connecting characteristic and several dynamic connections are analyzed also,and the allowable rotational speed difference is determined when the clutch is engaged with
